The Milliken Combo module will, if you have a disk in drive one, ask
you for your name, class, and password.  I don't know how to get
beyond this poing.

However, if you have the pebox turned off or if you have no disk in
drive 1, the module will give you your choice of A or B.  A is Number
Readiness and B is Addition Sequence.  To get the A or B choice in
PC99 you need to configure the emulation with your disk controller
card entry set to "none".
