Warranty Terms & Conditions
- All complete PC systems are warranted free from defect in
workmanship and manufacture for a period of 1 year parts, 3 years labor.
- All warranty repairs must be pre-authorized by calling or emailing for
RMA information.
- Shipping costs to WHT are NOT included in warranty repairs and must be
paid by the consumer. Return shipment by UPS ground is provided. Faster return service may
be requested at an additional charge.
- RMA usually take 2 to 3 weeks to complete, but may take up to 8 or more,
especially for special order items and memory.
- Individual components are warranted for a period of 1 year by their
respective manufacturers, with the exception of CPU's which are only warranted for 10 days
if not purchased pre-installed in a motherboard or system.
- Many manufacturers offer warranty periods longer than 1 year. After 1
year, all warranty repairs must be made directly by the manufacturer.
- Technical support is available for debugging driver & software issues
for $30/hr.
- Warranty terms are restricted to defects in manufacturing and
workmanship, and do not cover end user abuse or damage, or damage
caused by incompatibility and freight.
- We do not guarantee compatibility of any hardware or software
combination. Follow the manufacturers guidelines for compatibility when mixing hardware
and software in new or existing systems.
